Chicken Fillets

Easy, creamy chicken with mushrooms and onions. A fast and uncomplicated chicken dish for family or friends.

Ingredients:500g Small Chicken Fillets
10ml Olive Oil
10ml Peanut Butter
5ml Garlic Salt
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1200g Punnet Mushrooms
1/2 Green + Red Pepper, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
100ml Fresh Cream
100ml Jimmy’s Steakhouse Sauce
Directions:1) Season fillets with garlic salt.
2) Heat oil in non-stick pan.
3) Add chicken and onions, fry until golden brown.
4) Add green peppers, garlic and peanut butter.
5) Cook until chicken is ready.
6) Add Jimmy’s Sauce, mushrooms and fresh cream. Bring to boil.
Chicken Livers
This is the ultimate Garlic Chicken Liver recipe. Simple, quick, minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:500g Packet Chicken Livers
½ml Onion, Finely Chopped25ml Garlic Salt
5ml Garlic Butter
5ml Olive Oil
125ml Red Wine
125ml Jimmy’s Steakhouse Sauce
Peri Peri (optional, to taste)
Directions:1) Melt butter in pan, add oil, onion and chicken livers.
2) Fry until livers and onions start to brown.
3) Add garlic salt, wine and Jimmy’s Sauce.
4) Add peri peri, if necessary.
5) Cook until chicken livers are ready.
6) Serve with sliced, un-buttered french bread.
